Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Deposits are refundable up until 30 days before the event and in event of cancellation, all purchases are subject to Terms and Conditions. Floral payments are not refundable once the order is made with the floral supplier due to their perishable nature. The Little Florist will notify you at the time the order is made. The Little Florist LLC is not responsible or liable due to acts of nature such as cancellation of events due to inclement weather, a third parties/venue change of plans or for the ordering parties personal reasons. Please contact the Little Florist 30 days in advance of any major changes to dates and times. Please call to discuss individual circumstances well in advance of your event. The Little Florist has the right to adapt and amend issues within reason.

Types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, cannot be returned.

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

  • Floral arrangements have been accepted and used for any function.
  • Arrangements have been accepted and/ or photographed
  • Event has been cancelled LESS than 30 days from date of event

Partial Refunds will be issued for the following:

Event cancellation of MORE than 30 days before the event – refund of deposit

Dissatisfaction of florals and refusal upon delivery-provided that florals are within signed contractual agreement

if florals are accepted by client and used or photographed for event, than no refund will be issued

Individual circumstances within The Little Florist LLC control such as delivery timing etc.

  • The Little Florist LLC make every attempt to rectify situations within a reasonable time period and according to each individual situation. The Little Florist LLC is not responsible for situations arising out of our control such as weather and personal or domestic issues outside of the contractual obligations of Terms and Conditions.

Refunds

Once your return is issued, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
